M handles finance and cost management. She also leads the interior architecture arm and provides support in all aspects of design.

M: Imprint
M started MLA at Home in 2014 as a social media platform to document her and Laurence' personal design journey outside their respective day jobs. It used to feature their competition entries, design projects, trips to architectural icons around the world, visits to museums and exhibitions, product and brand events, and design talks from luminaries in the field.
​
M spent more than a decade in the design and build sphere, majority of which involved financial management in commercial, corporate, hospitality and medical interior construction projects in Singapore. She secured numerous projects through competitive bids, design proposals and opportunity matching.
​
Over the years, she teamed up with colleagues to finish as prize winners for design competitions such as the Metrobank Arts and Design Excellence Award in 2014, the Singapore-based FuturArc Prize in 2011 and as finalists for the International Design Competition for the Supreme Court Complex of the Philippines.
​
At the Architecture Licensure Exam in 2012, M landed 4th place out of 1,600+ examinees. She is a graduate of the University of the Philippines-Diliman College of Architecture.
